Job Title: SuccessFactors Functional Onboarding Consultant
We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Functional Onboarding Consultant to join our team and drive the successful implementation, configuration, and optimization of the SuccessFactors Onboarding module. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR processes and experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations, particularly in Onboarding 2.0.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the functional implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB 2.0).
Gather and analyze client requirements and translate them into system configurations.
Design and document functional specifications, process flows, and configuration workbooks.
Conduct system testing (unit, integration, and UAT), troubleshoot issues, and ensure system readiness.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with business stakeholders and HR teams.
Provide knowledge transfer and training to end users and support teams.
Collaborate with technical teams for integration with other SuccessFactors modules and external systems (e.g., SAP HCM, payroll, third-party systems).
Maintain documentation of configurations, decisions, and support procedures.
Stay current with SuccessFactors product updates and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors with at least 1-2 full lifecycle implementations of Onboarding 2.0.
SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 certification is strongly preferred.
Solid understanding of HR business processes, especially onboarding and pre-boarding workflows.
Experience with Business Rules, MDF Objects, Document Management, and e-Signatures within SF ONB.
Familiarity with integration between ONB and Recruiting/Employee Central.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting Management, or Learning.
Previous consulting or client-facing experience.
Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) is a plus.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
