Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant – Employee Central (EC) Payroll to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing SuccessFactors EC Payroll solutions. This role requires deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors EC, Payroll configuration, and integration with other SAP and third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll modules.

  • Conduct business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design workshops.

  • Configure and customize EC Payroll based on business requirements and best practices.

  • Support integration with third-party payroll providers and SAP HCM or ERP systems.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and other consultants to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Conduct functional testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide end-user training.

  • Maintain and troubleshoot existing SuccessFactors EC Payroll configurations and integrations.

  • Ensure compliance with local tax, legal, and regulatory payroll requirements.

  • Keep up to date with SuccessFactors release updates and recommend process improvements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 5 + years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

  • Strong knowledge of Payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and time evaluation.

  • Experience in EC Payroll configuration, testing, and deployment.

  • Familiarity with API/PI-based integrations between SuccessFactors and other systems.

  • Knowledge of Payroll Control Center (PCC) is a plus.

  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in EC or Payroll is preferred.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SAP HCM Payroll or on-premise payroll systems is a bonus.

  • Previous consulting experience with a SAP Partner or SI (Systems Integrator).

  • Familiarity with Time Management, Benefits, and Compensation modules.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
