Our client seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing Salesforce Consulting team. The ideal candidate will specialize in selling Salesforce consulting, implementation, and managed services to New mid-market and enterprise clients in North America (no territory restrictions). You will be responsible for generating new business, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling of Salesforce-based solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound prospecting, networking, events, and inbound inquiries.
Leverage your current network to solicit and provide our Salesforce consulting services
Conduct needs assessments to understand client business challenges and align Salesforce consulting services to address them.
Present and position the company’s Salesforce offerings — including implementation, customization, integration, and managed services.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and statements of work in collaboration with solution architects and delivery teams.
Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
Manage the full sales lifecycle — from lead generation to deal closure and handoff to delivery.
Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the marketing, delivery, and customer success teams to align messaging and ensure a seamless client experience.
Stay current with Salesforce ecosystem trends, product releases, and industry developments to effectively position solutions.
Track and manage all sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts through Salesforce CRM.
Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management.
 

Required Experience & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
3 years of experience in B2B Salesforce Ecosystem Sales in IT Consulting.
Established partnerships within the Salesforce OEM ecosystem and relationships with Salesforce partner managers and account executives
Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close deals in a consultative sales environment.
Strong understanding of Salesforce products, modules, and ecosystem (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with technical teams to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM with understanding of integration with other tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, partner consulting environment.
 

Preferred Skills:

Experience selling Salesforce professional services or working within a Salesforce Partner organization.
Familiarity with Salesforce certifications, AppExchange solutions, and partner programs.
Understanding of implementation project lifecycles and typical client engagement models.
