Description

MUST HAVES:

  • Agile cert in SAFe required, will consider other certs for dynamic candidates

Duties:

  • Managing the product backlog: Detailing user stories, setting sprint goals, and prioritizing tasks.
  • Breaking down the solution into user experiences, technical features, and stories, paving the way for the development phase.
  • Support all aspects of the digital (web and mobile) software development cycle including requirements, design, stakeholder engagement, testing, and delivery of customer facing applications.
  • Translate business and product requirements into technical requirements for API team.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the core product team, engineering teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and provide updates on progress.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to engineering teams, ensuring the implementation of best practices in cloud-first development and composable architectures.
  • Lead efforts in complex data mapping and integration, ensuring robust and scalable API solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality platform component
  • Leverage deep understanding of the healthcare industry to drive the development of business capabilities.
  • Gather feedback from developers and analyze API usage patterns Ensure thorough testing and validation of platform components, collaborating with QA teams to deliver reliable and secure products.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, addressing any issues or areas for improvement.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation for platform components, including user guides, technical specifications, and integration guides.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams and customers on platform capabilities and best practices.
  • Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.

Skills:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Technical Product Owner or similar role.
  • Fundamental understanding of digital technologies and platforms - including both web and mobile.
  • Proven experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of packaged business capabilities and composable architectures.
  • Expertise in cloud-first development, with experience in platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Proficient in complex data mapping and integration techniques.
  • Familiarity with modern software development methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, DevOps).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
